     Baked chicken topped with Brian’s favorite Goat- cheese.  Topped by a creamy pan sauce with sun-dried Tomatoes, Artichokes, Basil,and Lemon. 

Served over Angel Hair pasta and topped with Italian Parsley. 

(to say this is a house favorite doesn’t go far enough!)

Caramelized Red Onions & Porcini Mushrooms in a Marsala wine reduction.  Served over Linguini.



A rich creamy pan sauce with caramelized Red Onions, Bacon, and Romano cheese tossed with Linguini.

  (Great with Blackened Chicken)

Classic Parmigiana ‘s

 All lightly seasoned and fried.  Topped with House Sauce and melted Mozzarella served over Linguini.

Thin shaved, lightly seasoned & fried Eggplant topped with Ricotta, Seasoned Spinach, Mozzarella, and House Sauce.

Sauteed Shrimp, Roasted Garlic, diced Roma Tomatoes, Basil, and Romano over a bed of Penne.


Linguini w/ Clams

Clams with house clam stock, fresh Garlic, Italian Parsley, crushed Red Pepper.

Choice of Red or White Sauce


Baked Ziti

Ziti topped with House Sauce, Ricotta, Romano, and Mozzarella!
